全店湯頭堅持店內手工現熬,不走中央廚房的「化學方程式」。雖然耗工,開不了連鎖店,而且您不時會聽到我們壓力鍋熬煮的聲響。但我們堅持用時間換取食材的真味,只為讓您品嚐到那份無添加的初心。

All our broths are hand-simmered on-site. We refuse the “chemical formulas” of central kitchens. It’s hard work, and it keeps us from becoming a massive chain. You might even hear the hum and hiss of our pressure cookers while you dine. But we stay small to stay true, exchanging time for the honest taste of real ingredients.

源自台北的家鄉味,融合眷村與客家料理精神。創辦人旅居歐洲後,將對台灣味道的思念,延伸至波蘭與峇里島,與世界分享這份溫暖。

Rooted in Taipei, inspired by Northern Chinese and Hakka traditions. After years in Europe, the founders brought their love for Taiwanese flavors to Poland and Bali, sharing a taste of home with the world.
